The "Pet Match Service" is a valuable tool for both of us. Our organization can help animals in need more quickly and the service saves you valuable time from driving all about.  

THIS SERVICE REQUIRES THAT YOU QUALIFY TO ADOPT

How Our Service Works:

1. Complete the Form (See Form Button Above and Below).

2. Mail Completed The Two Page Form To:

3. Include  $25.00 Donation Check Made Out To C.A.N. 

4. Memo Your Check Non-profit tax ID 33-0971560

5. Mail Proof of Residence Copies!

Home Owners "Copy" the "Utility Bill"/  Mortgage Statement (For Privacy Cut off Dollar Amount) showing your name and address.

Renters "Copy" the Lease and Rental Management Receipt for Pet Deposit. You must Be the Leaseholder to Adopt!

WHY WE OFFER THIS SERVICE:

It costs the United States taxpayers billions of dollars a year to house and kill the publics dogs and cats that wait for new homes. We can place more animals and faster if we a list of people wanting animals.

WHY YOUR ANIMAL MUST HAVE A GOD PARENT

 Because we are interested in safeguarding the animals for their lifetime we ask that everyone have a selected “God-Parent”. The “God-Parent” cannot be a casual friend or someone living in your home. The “God-Parent” will be contacted if while you are gone on a vacation  your animal got out and was taken to the animal shelter or even worse hit by a car and was waiting for the family to authorize treatment at the emergency room. 

   We Believe Animals Are Adopted Into New Homes And Become Family Members. Our Animals Are Protected With “Avid Microchips” and Are Safeguarded By “You” And Your Selected “God-Parent”.   

“Life’s Uncertainties Can Happen To Anyone” And Wonderful Well-Mannered Adult Dogs and Cats Need New Homes.

 Animals Affected By Divorce and People Entering Care Facilities Have No Where To Go. Pet’s Can Become Unhappy In Their Current Home Due To A “New” Baby and People These Days Working Too Much.
