- You must be 21 years of age or
older; have proper current identification.
- Proof of current residence. (drivers license,
utility bill confirming your current residence)
- Adult Children who live at home must have their
parents present.
- Renters: you must be the lease
holder (not a roommate) and have a copy of the lease indicating that a
pet is welcome and that you have paid any required deposits.
- BE PREPARED... a godparent or a nearest
relative*, who will agree to protect your pet in case one of
life's many uncertainties, is required. (The
Godparent
cannot live in the same house)
*You need the godparent or nearest relative's commitment - Driver's
license number, name, address and phone number is required for our
contract.

was very lonely until I was about four weeks old when I met
Truffles. I love my family who rescued me and fed me, but I needed
the love and the company of another cat. Truffle’s my surrogate
mom and I play together and have so much fun. She’s a beautiful
Sable Persian Mix who had her own kittens, but everybody adopted
them and left her all alone, too. I was told that she cried out
loud for several days when her last baby left.
Please consider adopting my friend Truffles, too. She is a great
mom and can become pretty protective of me here at Fashion Island
but she’s not like that at home. She’s sweet and loving and great
with all the family members, too. |

Someone left me and my kittens taped in a box at the back door of
a vet’s office. They were supposed to send me to the shelter, but
I found a foster family to help my cat family. All of my kittens
were adopted and I became very sad. I cried out loud for two days
and looked for them everywhere.
I knew when June arrived and was anxious to meet her. Eventually,
my foster family introduced me and I took over feline-parenting.
My foster parents allowed June and I to share a beautiful
relationship together. I would really hope someone kind adopts us
both. It would break my heart to be left behind again.
June and I have so much fun with our toys, naps and playing.
We really love sleeping with each other and our five human foster
children.
Sometimes, I
get really tired of being put in a cage to Fashion Island on the
weekend. All of the noise of the other animals and the constant
pokes in my cage can make me look like an angry kitty. Never once
have I felt this way in my foster home even with all the constant
activity of five kids.
Really Hope That June And I Can Get A Home Together! We’d love to
be part of your family. If you have any questions about us,
our foster parents would love to answer them. Our foster
parents also welcome you to our foster home at any time to watch
us in a normal environment where you can hold us and play with us
(which are our favorite activities).

Murphy’s Newport Beach pet-parent claimed
to have worked long hours and says the cat never bonded with him
and chose to isolate himself in a garage cabinet since his
adoption as a kitten in 2004.
The now 5-year-old silver tabby was returned to the custody of
Community Animal Network, and Rhoda Doerr of Costa Mesa has been
giving a lot of time to rehabilitate and socialize Murphy since he
grew accustomed to a life of isolation. He will now purr nonstop
on her lap during their time together.

catnip fish.

Sabina is a loving
kitten and very playful. She would be considered shy rather than
outgoing in her home until you get to know her. She purrs and head bumps
her head against your hand when you become her trusted caregiver. She
loves to lie in the sun at a window and watch the birds or things going
on outdoors.
Her personality
is well-suited for an adult home that would enable her personality to
blossom and show. She has lived with other cats but many of them can
overpower her presences.
Sabrina would be
best suited an adult home. She could live with another cat if the cat
was not dominate.
Her kitten
brother was named Chaplin and was just too overpowering in play and his
personality so sought refuge. A patient home is needed to see her
personality blossom. It takes her about a month to transition
comfortably into a new home environment.
